Small Groups are integral to what we do at Pleasant Valley. As
we grow larger on Sundays, we must also grow smaller. Small
groups are a great way to meet
some new friends, grow in your relationship with God, and make a difference. We encourage everyone to be
involved in a small group on a regular, consistent basis and to participate in the social activities your small group plans.

SMALL Groups
Life Groups -
There may be no better way to get connected at Pleasant Valley than
through a Life Group. Life Groups meet at various locations in the
area on a variety of days for discipleship and fellowship. We even
have some Life Groups that meet on Sunday morning before our Worship
Service! Life Groups are designed to be "discussion based" rather
than "lecture based" to allow you the opportunity to get to know others
and grow in your faith at the same time. Life Groups are organized
in 16-week blocks or semesters to provide both you and the leader with a
convenient opportunity to change topics and or groups.
We want for you to get to know others, and for them to know you. And
we want to help deepen your relationship with God in an environment of
caring friendship, support, and accountability. We encourage our
Life Groups to not only learn together, but socialize together and serve
together as well. Contact the church
office and we'll see if we can get you connected in.Ministry Teams - Serving on a ministry team is a great way to grow in your relationship with God, show God's love to others, and demonstrate the same attitude that Jesus modeled while here on earth. Some ministry teams function like a small group, meaning that because the same people serve together regularly, they get to know one another. Contact the church office and we'll try to help you find a team where you can put your gifting to use in a small group environment.
