Our BELIEFS
Pleasant
Valley believes...
- In being as relevant to the culture as the daily news while holding firmly to the timeless life principles taught by the example of Jesus Christ
- That God created each and every person, that He loves us unconditionally, and that He patiently, continually invites us to follow Him
- In Jesus Christ - the One and only begotten Son of God
- That the Bible is God's written Word to us - it contains answers to help us live life to the fullest and gives us straight answers for issues relating to work, family, life and any other situation we might encounter
- Effective, lasting life change begins when we have a true encounter with Jesus
- Each person has a gift, ability, or experience that can help others
Pleasant Valley is a place where...
- You can be yourself
- You can ask tough questions and get honest answers
- You can meet new friends and build authentic relationships
- You can grow spiritually and relationally
- You can make a difference in this community and the world by serving others
